Colour Inspiration
When it comes to choosing a colour pallet for the interior or exterior of your home, why not turn to nature for inspiration. This is often suggested to our clients in preperation for a colour consultation.
Here are some suggested colour schemes derived from photographic images. Using of an eye dropper from a photo imaging program, different coloured pixels were picked until a colour pallet was achieved.
Your printed images can then be visually matched with colour swatches from your choice of Paint Company. Now days, there are many paint companies that have colour matching systems that you can take advantage of. Do remember, colours on your monitor may appear different when printed.
It's a good idea to have sample pots mixed before going to the expense of buying litres of paint.
TIP - Painting the colour sample on a piece of medium weight cardboard allows you to move the colour sample to different walls. This gives you the opportunity to see how the colour is affected on different walls with different lighting.
