We attempt to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner; however, because of the natural materials used and means of manufacture, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and colour of the products.

Postage and handling
Although the delivery charge is inclusive in the prices of the goods, the delivery component of the purchase is non-refundable and is treated as a separate cost.
The delivery charge is based on deliveries within the Sydney Metro area only. All other areas need to be quoted on a needs basis.

Delivery of artworks and sculptures is delivered by a third party. Under normal circumstances your order will be dispatched once payment has been authorised by third party (3-5 working days) and arrive within 2-3 weeks. Please note that your order may be sent in more than one parcel.
Payment of Account
All orders made by you must be paid for in full and payment verified by third party prior to us shipping any goods.
Property in & Delivery of Goods
The goods supplied by us to you shall be at your risk immediately on delivery to you or immediately on delivery as directed by you or immediately on collection by your transport contractor as the case may be.
Warranty
Hand made means unique
Artworks and sculptures are hand made by artisans. Whilst items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, and every effort is made to ensure that the products are the same as the original sample photographed, sometimes differences do occur, and indeed with some handcrafts each piece is totally unique.
Warranty:
We have a 1 year warranty for goods used for the purpose in which they were intended and cared for correctly.

Mangowood is a natural product and therefore natural changes in timber colour and knots will be visible and not claim worthy
- do not use outdoors, in direct sunlight, in high moisture areas above heaters or below A/C units.
- Do not clean with chemicals or damp cloths.
Exchange & Return Policy
Please choose artworks and sculptures carefully as we do not have a ‘try before you buy’ policy.
Any goods purchased by you from the supplier may only be returned to the supplier where notification of the proposed return of the Goods is received within seven (7) days of the date of delivery of the Goods to you and the supplier has agreed in writing to accept the return of the Goods and the Goods are returned in good conditions at the expense of you.
Although the delivery charge is inclusive in the prices of the goods, the delivery component of the purchase is non-refundable and is treated as a separate cost.
Although the third party (Paypal) service charge is inclusive in the prices of the goods, the Paypal service charge component of the purchase is non-refundable and is treated as a separate cost. 'Service charge' is based on service charge applied to your order.

Before placing your order, please let us know which products you are interested in by emailing us at tallideas@optusnet.com.au. We will make sure the items are in stock* and get back to you within 2 working days. You may then proceed with your order.
Delivery address provided on your order must be an address where someone is present from 9am to 5pm as signature is required at time of delivery. Additional delivery costs may be incurred, and will be passed on should the address provided be unmanned.
* There may be up to a 12 week wait on delivery for products that are not in stock.
